There are 5 distinct and easily identifiable target markets that would immediately embrace the LivWell® Rooms. The first target market is the Asian clientele (specifically Japanese) since many of these technologies and their adaptation to the wellness industry came from either Japan or other Asian country. A second target market is the consumer coming from any place in the world who is now using these products and technologies at home. A third target market is the consumer who (due to various health challenges) needs these products and technologies. A fourth target market is the young (under 35) health-conscious consumer. And the fifth target market (and by far the largest and richest) is the baby-boomer generation who is now driving the wellness industry to become the fastest growing industry in North America.

 

ROOM INVESTMENT

The LivWell® Room influences and accentuates all of your senses to insure total relaxation and restoration. Almost every experience in the LivWell® Room is heightened and improved upon. To be able to be designated a LivWell® Room, there must be a minimum standard maintained with specific wellness technologies installed and wellness products available in the room. The hotel, resort, spa, or cruise ship however can customize the package in order to fit their budget. The cost to outfit a LivWell® Rooms can range anywhere from $3,000 to $6,000 depending upon the level of customization. Other costs relate to the implementation and to the roll-out of the LivWell® Rooms that would include consulting and licensing fees where applicable.
